Ranch Signs

New "cowgirls" logo comes to Ankenman Ranch.

The thoughts behind the design.

• Our breed, Tarentaise, is known for their maternal side: they make great mother cows.
• As a stay-at-home Mom in the 1990's, I had a craft business in which I modeled breed-color cow heads out of clay. One of my products was a t-shirt with hand painted cows, braided loose tails and a clay head.
• We have 3 girls and one of them is a professional graphic designer. Thank you, Lacey for the design!

May 2010. Someone stole our Ranch sign! One morning, it was just gone! From the ground up...posts, reader board, bull cutout. Unbelievable. We miss the ability to put up words of wisdom.

Update the sign again in 2003
The new ranch sign is FINALLY here! The old sign was faded and outdated. This new sign has a female cow, a newly painted bull and a "reader board".
